FAQ

No prior teaching or advanced experience is required. This training is open to all sincere seekers—whether you’re a yoga practitioner, wellness professional, or complete beginner in breathwork. We start from the foundations and progressively deepen your understanding with guided support.

You’ll receive a 100-Hour Certification from The School of Bliss Yoga, recognized as a Yoga Alliance YACEP program. This can be used for continuing education hours or personal development. While it does not qualify you to teach full yoga classes, it provides a strong foundation for breathwork and meditation facilitation.

You’ll stay in beautiful eco-cottages just steps from the beach. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and immersed in nature, with private bathrooms and optional air-conditioning. The on-site kitchen serves three nourishing vegetarian meals daily, inspired by Ayurvedic and sattvic principles, with vegan and gluten-free options available.

We recommend bringing:

  • Comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation

  • A shawl or light sweater for early mornings

  • A journal and pen

  • Reusable water bottle

    Yoga mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.

Beach Street is located at Mandrem Beach in North Goa, around 1.5 hours from Dabolim (Goa International Airport) or Mopa Airport. Yes, we can arrange airport pick-up for you at an additional cost. Let us know your travel details in advance, and we’ll ensure a smooth arrival.
